Hi, I’m Jason Rupp – a mission-driven executive with more than 20 years of experience leading non-profits, associations, and membership organizations through growth, transformation, and everything in between.

Over the years, I’ve built coalitions, negotiated mergers, restructured operations, and led multimillion-dollar revenue initiatives. From the halls of Congress to regional life sciences conferences, my work has always centered around one goal: building organizations that matter – to their members, their communities, and their missions.

If there’s a common thread in everything I’ve done, it’s this: I bring people together. I engage stakeholders – board members, sponsors, staff, investors, and government partners – and align them around a shared vision. I’ve seen firsthand that real progress happens when relationships come first, when communication is clear, and when everyone has a seat at the table.
